The president of the Israeli diamond exchange, Shmuel Schnitzer, has announced that he will not campaign for reelection in December but rather leave the position.
Schnitzer, who is also the honorary president of the World Federation Diamond Bourses, is coming to the end of his second term, and has been the president of the Israeli exchange since 1998.
