Turkey says that it warned France twice about one of the perpetrators of Friday's attack in Paris, Reuters reports. A senior government official claims that Ankara sent Paris warnings about Ismael Omar Mostefai last December and also this past June.
Twenty-nine-year-old Mostefai is the only terrorist that has been officially named as of this time.
