Elias Bou Saab, the Lebanese Minister of Education, has warned UK Prime Minister David Cameron that one out of every 50 Syrian refugees in Europe could belong to ISIS.
Saab admitted that he had no hard data backing up his estimate, but rather that it was based on his "gut feeling," the Independent reports.
"I don’t have any information. My gut feeling is, yes, they are facilitating such an operation. For what reason, I don’t know," he explained.
