Defense Minister Moshe Ya’alon told Army Radio on Sunday morning that Europe needs to make a change following the attack in Paris.
“The understood that there was a danger there, but there are measures that they needed to take earlier and did not do so, such as changing the law to enable more efficient fighting against terror,” Ya’alon said.
