Prosecutors have filed charges against a 17-year-old youth from Itamar for attacking the head of the organization Rabbis for Human Rights, Arik Ascherman, about three weeks ago.
The statement charges the teenager with causing grievous bodily harm with aggravating circumstances, possessing a knife and possessing ammunition.
