Defense Minister Moshe Ya'alon (Likud) told Eshkol Council Head Gadi Yarkoni that the IDF will soon begin building a an underground barrier along the border fence with Gaza.
This is a barrier that will prevent terrorists from using deep tunnels to try and penetrate the wall, according to Army Radio.
