Nabil Abu Rudineh, the spokesperson of PA Chairman Mahmoud Abbas, announced that the PA will hand over the Shin Bet’s (ISA, Israel Security Agency) discovery from the case against 13-year-old terrorist Ahmed Mansara, to the International Criminal Court (ICC) at Hague.
“The whole world must see the cruelty and barbarity of the Israeli investigators, and how they violate international law, especially when it comes to children’s rights.”
