The Movement for a Jewish State on Tuesday petitioned the High Court to order the cessation of sports games on Shabbat until a decision on the petition filed by the movement on the issue.
The petition calls on the court to instruct Attorney General Yehuda Weinstein and Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu to enforce the law of hours of work and rest in the soccer leagues.
