Former MK Avraham Michaeli (Shas) has been appointed as Shas's head in the Histadrut, and will hold the Welfare and Consumption portfolio.
Michaeli met with Shas head Aryeh Deri and explained that he is interested in using his years of experience in the Histadrut, Israel's largest union, in order to support Shas's efforts.
