Finance Minister Moshe Kahlon (Kulanu) spoke at a Finance Committee meeting on the housing crisis today (Tuesday).
According to Kahlon, "The state controls more than 90 percent of the land. Through uncontrolled reselling programs, the price of state land rose by 10 percent. We now see that, as the state lowers the price of its land, the price of private land also drops."
