Binyamin District Police arrested three Palestinian Arabs from Jericho on Route 60 Monday night for suspected involvement in a car-theft gang.
After blocking a taxi which attempted to evade a police checkpoint, the officers arrested the men inside and searched the cab, whereupon they found a cache of tools used to break into cars.
