Activist posts old footage to claim ISIS murdered 200 children

An anti-ISIS activist posted on social media Monday a horrific video depicting 200 Syrian children being massacred by Islamic State terrorists. 

The footage, however, has been revealed to be a jihadi propaganda video from August 2014.
