President Reuven Rivlin received, during a ceremony Monday morning at his official residence, the diplomatic credentials of the new ambassadors to Israel from Uruguay, Russia, Slovenia, El Salvador, and Albania.
Addressing the worldwide threat of terrorism, Rivlin told the new Russian envoy that “without security, we will never be able to move the process forward.”
