A cab driver was killed and five others injured Monday in clashes between Turkish security forces and Kurdish militants in Silvan, local media reported, according to Reuters.
Silvan, southeast Turkey's largest city, has been under a week-long curfew amid sustained fighting between police and members of the banned Kurdistan Workers Party (PKK).
