Egyptian forces shot dead a leader of Islamic State's Egyptian affiliate Sinai Province, the Interior Ministry announced Monday.
The ministry said Ahraf Ali al-Gharabali, who is suspected of masterminding several assassinations and bombings, was killed in a shootout with security forces in a northern district of Cairo.
