Prosecutors have filed charges against A'atzem Za'atri for making numerous Facebooks posts in which he praised and encouraged terrorism.
Forty-one-year-old Za'atri, from Jerusalem, allegedly wrote a number of posts on Facebook throughout October that called for violence against civilians. In one example, he shared a video clip of a stabbing attack and wrote, "Look at the heroic martyr. His name should be engraved in history. His heroism in stabbing two special forces at Damascus Gate."
He is officially charged with incitement to violence, supporting an illegal organization, and supporting illegal gatherings.
