A joint operation involving the General Security Service (GSS, also known as the Shabak or Shin Bet), the IDF, and police succeeded in thwarting terror attacks in Judea and Samaria.
The operation led to the uncovering and arrest of two terror cells; one that carried out the attack on Route 45, and a second group that perpetrated attacks around Nabi Salah and Halamish.
