The terrorist who carried out Sunday’s stabbing attack in the village of Nebi Elias on Sunday evening turned himself in to the Palestinian Authority security services.
A 48-year-old Jew who had stopped to buy cigarettes in the village was seriously wounded in the attack. He was taken to the Meir Hospital in Kfar Saba.
