A Jerusalem court has released two youths who were arrested on suspicion of bringing barbed wire to the Ayelet Hashahar synagogue in Givat Ze'ev on Friday.
The two were represented by Shalom Ben Shabat, from the legal defense organization Honenu, who convinced the judge to forbid the pair from entering Givat Ze'ev for the next 30 days or until the synagogue is destroyed. They were then let out after paying 400 shekels ($102 US) in bail.
The Ayelet Hashahar synagogue has become a hotspot for protests after the Supreme Court ordered it destroyed.
