Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu on Thursday evening asked the Chairman of the Knesset’s Economics Committee, MK Eitan Cabel, to hold consultations with the Economic Committee under Section 52 of the Antitrust Law regarding the natural gas plan.
After the consultation, Netanyahu is expected to take advantage of his authority as Minister of Economy and bypass the Antitrust Commissioner to approve the gas plan.
