British Foreign Minister Phillip Hammond said that it is “Highly likely” that the Russian plane crashed because an explosive device was on board the vessel.
Hammond’s statement followed a report made by CNN that American Intelligence believes that a bomb was planted on the plane by the “Islamic State” (ISIS) terrorist organization, leading to the crash.
