A factory collapse in Pakistan has left at least 16 dead and 40 injured, AFP reports. The accident occurred in the eastern city of Lahore, about 45 kilometers from the city center. About 100 people are still believed to be trapped.
The military has sent specialist teams to search for more survivors.
This is only the latest in a number of large-scale building collapses in Pakistan. Last year a mosque collapsed and killed at least 24. In 2014 as a whole, over 200 people died from roofs falling from rain.
