MK Shuli Mualem-Rafaeli (Jewish Home) has responded to the Supreme Court's decision to destroy a synagogue in Givat Ze'ev.
"After the Givat Ze'ev synagogue has stood for 15 years, an Arab claims that it is built on his land," said MK Mualem-Rafaeli. "Without arranging compensation for the land, without recognizing the location as a public and a religious building, the Supreme Court has rejected the worshipers' appeal and ordered the synagogue's destruction."
She added that "The Justices and the Knights for the Rule of Law shouldn't be surprised at the collapse of public confidence in the justice system."
