A Palestinian Arab vehicle was stopped for inspection on Tuesday on Route 437, between the Hizme and Adam communities north of Jerusalem.
The 43-year-old suspect from Shechem was arrested and taken for questioning, after an M-16 rifle was found in his vehicle.
