Opposition head Yitzhak Herzog (Zionist Union) spoke with UK Ambassador to Israel David Quarrey today (Tuesday).
MK Herzog commented on the European Union's intention to label Israeli products produced in Judea and Samaria, and stated that he "strongly opposes the harmful and unnecessary move."
He added that "This process only serves one purpose - continuing the hatred and conflict in the region. Labeling products is the violent action of extremists who want to exacerbate the situation further and the European Union is falling into the trap that they have set it."
