Jordanian authorities blocked off the area around the Israeli embassy in Amman with a gate following large-scale protests against Israel yesterday (Monday).
According to the report in al-Araby al-Jadeed, a metal fence more than two meters high was placed around the al-Khaloti Mosque Square, the closest point to the Israeli embassy that civilians could reach.
