Over 218,000 refugees and migrants crossed the Mediterranean Sea in October - a record monthly tally in 2015 and higher than the whole of 2014, the United Nation's refugee agency said Monday.
The UN High Commissioner for Refugees said some 210,265 people crossed the sea from Turkey into Greece in October, with another 8,129 entering Italy from North Africa.
