Three firefighting teams from the Ashkelon and Sderot fire stations were working Monday evening to stop an ammonia leak in the Ma'of Oz factory in Sha'ar HeNegev.
Factory employees were evacuated due to the acrid smell, but environmental teams estimate that there is no danger to the local population and no need to evacuate residents from the area.
