US Director of National Intelligence James Clapper claimed Monday that there is no direct evidence indicating terrorist involvement in the Russian plane crash in Sinai Saturday night.
Speaking at the Defense One Summit, Clapper said it was unlikely Islamic State has the capacity to perform such an attack, but noted he was not ruling the possibility out.
