As of today, Sunday November 1st, drivers must turn the car’s headlights on while traveling along intercity roads at all hours of the day. Cars that do not have their headlights on will be fined 100 shekels and 2 points.
Headlights must be turned on for intercity travel until March 31st, 2016.
