The High Court harshly slammed the State’s conduct on the matter of the demolition of terrorists’ homes.
During a hearing on appeals made by the families of terrorists whose homes are slated to be demolished, the presiding judge spoke out against the State.
“First the State says that the demolition is urgent and put pressure on the entire system, then once a ruling is made, they begin to delay? There were cases that were approved, but then the government delayed for months regarding implementation. And then they said that the court delayed matters," the judge said.
