An Iberia Airlines pilot told passengers on a flight from Madrid to Tel Aviv that they would be landing in "the State of Palestine," Channel 2 reports.
A spokesperson for the airline apologized for what happened. She added that the company would investigate the incident and that the pilot would no longer be allowed to fly to Israel.
