At least seven people, including two police officers, were killed Monday when a man wearing an explosive belt detonated at a tent serving refreshments to pilgrims in Baghdad celebrating a Shiite ritual, officials said.
The attack occurred in the Iraqi capital's eastern al-Shaab neighborhood. In addition to the casualties, at least 19 people were wounded.
