Finance Minister Moshe Kahlon claimed Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu's government is experiencing difficulties because of its narrowness.
"We have difficulty functioning because of the width of the government," Kahlon asserted, adding that "this is not a government with an agenda; anybody can join it."
