The Israel Prison Service announced on Monday it had opened dismissal procedures against an IPS officer and a prison guard suspected of participating in the lynch of an Eritran migrant worked during the terror attack at Be'er Sheva's Central Bus Station.
The two will be invited to a hearing later this week to resign from the service.
