Dollar on the rise, trading at 3.894 shekels

Foreign currency markets were mixed on Monday. 

The dollar rose 0.335% and the representative rate is set at 3.894 shekels. 

The euro, however, fell by 0.267% and is trading at 4.294 shekels.
