Davidi Pearl, the head of the Gush Etzion Regional Council, has responded to this morning's (Friday) attack at the Giva'ot checkpont.
"This morning's stabbing attack that was carried out by a 16-year-old youth, a resident of Surif, again proves that the Palestinian leadership has lost its basic human decency and pushes children towards evil and death," said Pearl.
He added, "We in Gush Etzion will continue to shine line, to educate about loving people and the land, and we will respect our neighbors who recognize our right to live in our land."
