Saudi Foreign Minister Adel al-Jubeir has stated that the only way ISIS can be defeat is if Syrian President Bashar al-Assad steps down from his position.
During a television interview, al-Jubeir was asked if Assad will have a position in the Syrian transition government. He responded that "His role will be to leave Syria."
