Charges were filed against a 25-year-old Palestinian Arab for rape under severe condition, entering a residential area for the purpose of theft, theft and illegal squatting.
The charges indicate that the suspect raped a 66-year-old Tel-Aviv woman at knifepoint in the victim’s home.
