Supreme Court Justice Noam Sohlberg ruled that Rabbi Pinto must return to Israel within seven days, by next Monday, and must file a copy of his plane ticket by next Thursday.
The judge reminded the Rabbi’s attorney that a three million shekel bond was paid by the Rabbi, who left for New York for medical treatment a few weeks ago and has yet to return.
