The Jerusalem Municipality has clarified that it does not intend to completely encircle the neighborhoods of Armon Hanatziv and Jabel Mukaber with a concrete barrier, as has been reported.
According to the municipality, it is a 'temporary obstacle placed by the police, in the area between Armon Hanatziv and Jabel Mukaber that has a history of rocks and firebombs thrown at Jewish homes and vehicles."
It further explained that the barrier will cover a length of about 300 meters.
