Rivlin: We Will Ensure the Wellbeing of Diaspora Jewish Communities

President Reuven Rivlin spoke on Sunday with a group from the JNFA (Jewish Federations of North America).

Rivlin emphasized the importance of relations between the State of Israel and Jewish communities throughout the world and said, “We understand that the Jewish communities throughout the world are dealing with many and various challenges. You should know that we, the State of Israel and the nation in Israel are with you. We stand beside you.”

The President added that “Our responsibility towards every Jew does not begin and end with a call to move to Israel. We must ensure the wellbeing and continuity of the Jewish communities in the Diaspora. We will do this together. One nation with one heart.”
