Jerusalem traffic police detained a driver on Highway 1 East near Harel Interchange for suspected drunk driving. The driver was found to be under the influence of alcohol and an investigation revealed that he had never obtained a valid driver’s license.
In addition, the car the suspect was driving was found to have been stolen. The driver was arrested and was taken to the nearby police precinct.
