Security forces identified a 13-year-old Arab youth acting suspiciously on Shechem Route in Jerusalem. As he approach a group of police officers, they asked him to halt and searched him.
The officers found a knife that the youth had hidden under his clothes and arrested him.
The suspect, a resident of Bet Hanina in eastern Jerusalem, has been taken for questioning and his parents called to the police station.
