Foreign Affairs and Security Committee head MK Tzahi Hanegbi (Likud) says that there may be a diplomatic summit in Jordan soon. The summit would involve Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas, and US Secretary of State John Kerry.
"I believe that there are forces trying to calm the tensions here, and maybe there will be a meeting in Jordan," MK Hanegbi told Army Radio. "But as long as the Palestinians are unable to put forth leaders who know how to respond to the Israeli public's outstretched hand, their situation will continue to be miserable and gloomy."
