President Reuven Rivlin spoke on Thursday at a ceremony inaugurating new judges.
“The truth is not relative; a murderer cannot be turned into a victim, instead placing blame on the victim who attempted to defend himself,” Rivlin said with respect to PA claims regarding terrorists being attacked at the scenes of stabbing attacks.
