Finance Minister Moshe Kahlon said during Wednesday’s meeting of the Diplomacy-Security Cabinet on the demolishing of terrorists’ homes that “Whoever pities the cruel will become cruel to the merciful we must deliver a critical financial blow to terrorists and their families.”
“Terrorists must know before attacking a Jew that his family will be hurt as a consequence. We must create a balance of intimidation.”
