The Syrian Army declared a military operation in a northern suburb of the city of Homs, a Lebanese news outlet reports. The reports indicate that Russian and Syrian Air Forces attacked regions north of the city.
Al Jazeera claimed that the attacks killed eight people residing at a refugee camp. Most of the victims were children.
