A new report by the Dutch Safety Board declares that Malaysian Airlines Flight 17 was shot down by a Russian-made Buk missile while it was over eastern Ukraine.
The plane crashed in July 2014, leading to the deaths of all 298 people aboard.
The board was no authorized to make statements on who was responsible for the crash and did not state which group or side fired the missile.
