Avi Naim, the head of the Beit Aryeh Council and the Local Government Central Security Committee, says that the current wave of terror is the result of the Oslo Accords.
"The knife terror is sweeping the State of Israel in a wave of blood and brutality that is characterized by young terrorists in their 20s heading to the streets in order to murder Jews," Naim noted. "A little more than 20 years ago the State of Israel gave independence to the Palestinian Authority in numerous fields, including education."
He added that religious extremism and the indoctrination of hatred have planted strong roots among Arab youths.
